Our services are offered at various pricing tiers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

GoSovereign retains ownership of the platform, templates, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your store content, branding, and products. By using our templates, you receive a license to use them for your store.

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your customers for data collection and processing activities in your store.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

GoSovereign is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GoSovereign harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your store content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may download your store data before termination. We may terminate accounts that violate our terms immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
