Getting Started

This guide walks you through your first 15 minutes with GoSovereign - from purchase to your first sale.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Go to gosovereign.io/wizard
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a magic link (check spam folder if needed)
  4. Click the link to verify your account

Step 2: Configure Your Store

The setup wizard guides you through 8 quick steps:

Store Basics

  • Store Name - Your business name (e.g., "Mountain Gear Co.")
  • Tagline - A short description (e.g., "Premium outdoor equipment")
  • Logo - Upload your logo (optional, can add later)

Branding

  • Brand Color - Pick your primary color for buttons and accents
  • Description - Tell customers what you sell

Contact Info

  • Email - Where customers reach you
  • Phone - Optional but recommended
  • Address - Your business location (shown in footer)

Social Links

  • Add links to your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

Connect Stripe

This is required to accept payments:

  1. Click "Connect with Stripe"
  2. Create a Stripe account or log in to existing
  3. Complete Stripe's onboarding
  4. You'll be redirected back to GoSovereign

Important: Stripe sends your earnings directly to your bank account. GoSovereign never touches your money.

Step 3: Choose Your Tier

Select the tier that fits your needs:

  • Starter ($149) - Up to 10 products, basic themes
  • Pro ($299) - Unlimited products, analytics, custom domain
  • Hosted ($149 + $19/mo) - Everything managed for you

Step 4: Deploy Your Store

After payment, click "Deploy Now" and your store will be live in under 60 seconds at:

https://your-store-name.gosovereign.io

Step 5: Add Your First Product

  1. Go to your store's admin: your-store.gosovereign.io/admin
  2. Log in with your email (same one from setup)
  3. Click Products in the sidebar
  4. Click Add Product
  5. Fill in:
    • Product name
    • Description
    • Price
    • Upload images
    • Set inventory (optional)
  6. Click Save

Your product is now live on your store!

Step 6: Share Your Store

Your store is ready to accept orders. Share your link:

  • Post on social media
  • Add to your website or bio
  • Send to your email list

Magic link emails sometimes land in spam. Add info@gosovereign.io to your contacts.

Test a Purchase

Before promoting your store, make a test purchase to ensure everything works. You can refund it through your Stripe dashboard.

Your store and admin dashboard work on mobile devices. Manage orders from anywhere.

Secure Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. Your store uses HTTPS encryption automatically.
